At Capitol City TechLaw, each of our attorneys has at least 20 years of experience in one or more of technology law, licensing and patent prosecution coupled with experience as a practicing engineer or scientist before entering the legal profession.

We offer a range of technical backgrounds that allow us to address matters in the electrical, computers, communications, software, mechanical, biological, pharmaceutical, nanotechnology and chemical arts, as well as many matters that fall somewhere in between.

Sam has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, particularly in the chemical and chemical process arts, for example, nanotechnology, preparation of nanosized materials, automobile emission control systems, catalysts, polymers, propellants and coatings.

Ray works in a wide range of mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies including power tools, medical devices, automotive vehicles, semiconductor fabrication, semiconductor packaging, telecommunications, medical imaging, high pressure presses, power generating equipment, white goods, toys and consumer products.

Jasbir works in wide-range of computer science and electrical engineering technologies including Semiconductor Devices,Haptic Feedback,Vehicle Instrumentation,Mobile Applications,Business Methods,Web Products, Networks,Telephony, Cellular, Satellite,Wireless, Appliances, Bio-mechanical Laboratory Instrumentation, among others.
