We founded Capitol City TechLaw to provide a low-cost solution for innovators.  We specialize in Patent Prosecution and Technology Licensing and were trained by the best in the business.  We strive to keep current in Intellectual Property law and technologies that best serve our clients' needs.  Our practical industry experience gives us the vision and scope to best assist your needs.

Meet the Team

At Capitol City TechLaw, each of our attorneys has at least 20 years of experience in one or more of technology law, licensing and patent prosecution coupled with experience as a practicing engineer or scientist before entering the legal profession.

We offer a range of technical backgrounds that allow us to address matters in the electrical, computers, communications, software, mechanical, biological, pharmaceutical, nanotechnology and chemical arts, as well as many matters that fall somewhere in between.
